He had been awarded Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA. With his in-depth knowledge, vision and ability, the group was able to expend into many different business sectors. In addition to oversees the group businesses, he is also a board of director of Shwe Taung Cement Co.,Ltd. and Grand Guardian Insurance Public Co., Ltd.
